Rules of procedure

Adopted at CCAMLR-I (para 23), amended CCAMLR-XIII (ANX.4, App. 1), CCAMLR- XVII (ANX.4, App. III), CCAMLR-XVIII (para 3.5; ANX.4, para 38), CCAMLR-XXI (ANX.4, para 23), CCAMLR-XXX (ANX.5, para 22), CCAMLR-XXXI (ANX.7, para 4.15), CCAMLR-XXXVII (ANX.7, paras 20-26).

The Committee is responsible for the implementation of the World Heritage Convention. The Committee is elected by the General Assembly of States Parties to the Convention which also determines financial contributions (see its Rules linked below).

Article XI establishes the Commission on Phytosanitary Measures (CPM), which acts like a Conference of Parties through representation and regular meetings. The FAO is the host organization for the Commission.

The Commission on Phytosanitary Measures (CPM-7) adopted the Resource Mobilization strategy for IPPC during the seventh session (Rome, 19 - 23 March 2012)
