2. Adopts the revised terms of reference for work on the assessment of funding needs for Parties that are developing countries or countries with economies in transition to implement the Convention over the period 2010–2014 set forth in the annex to the present decision; 3. Invites Parties and others to provide the relevant information required to undertake the assessment of funding needs mentioned in the preceding paragraph.
