Note by the Secretariat As referred to in document UNEP/POPS/POPRC.8/13, annexes I and II to the present note set out formats for reporting under Article 15 of the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants for brominated diphenyl ethers and perfluorooctane sulfonic acid, its salts and perfluorooctane sulfonyl fluoride, which also serve for the evaluations pursuant to paragraph 2 of parts IV and V of Annex A and paragraphs 5 and 6 of part III of Annex B to the Convention. The annexes have not been formally edited.
