This paper presents the IPPC national phytosanitary capacity development strategy divided by areas, agreed for implementation by the 5th Commission on Phytosanitary Measures (2010) and the logical framework and work plan endorsed by the Commission in 2012, at CPM-7. The work presented herein has been prepared and reviewed by contracting parties, regional plant protection organizations, donors, international organizations and phytosanitary experts from seven FAO regions.
