The Order ban the supply, distribution, buy and sale of loose quantities of a lubricating oil, the 2-T Oil, used in 2-stroke petrol driven vehicle engines. 2-T Oil must be sold in in a pre-mix at service gas station and in cannister only for those engines whose manufacturers provided with a special sump.
