These regulations, of 19 Sections, establish conditions and make provisions for the regulation of noise in Israel. this document requires the implementation of preventative measures for noise propagation as well as corrective measures in case of need. Measures for preventing or abating unreasonable noise and shocks from explosions are specified as well.
