The Act regulates the incorporation of biofuels into gasoline and diesel fuel. The share of biofuels in diesel fuel will amount to at least 9.5% volume of the quota-bound volume which at least 3.5% should consist of specially designated biofuels. The share of biofuels in gasoline should be at least 4.8% volume of the quota-bound volume of gasoline. From 1 May 2015 this proportion shall be equivalent to at least 7% volume of the quota-bound volumes of petrol. A late fee of SEK 5 000 should be tak
