This Act concerns air pollution charges that are to be paid for the operation of large, medium and small air pollution sources. Article 2 defines the responsibilities of the air protection authorities, article 3 deals with the calculation of charges, article 4 with reporting, article 5 with proceedings related to charging, article 6 concerns the payment of charges and article 8 defines penalties.
