Act to amend the Act relative to public water and drainage works (No. 97 of 2000).

Sections 12 and 17 the principal Act are amended with a view to the introduction of the new Environment Protection Act. Section 12 concerns environmental aspects approval of connection to the public water and sewerage systems, whereas section 17 concerns control functions pursuant to section 11a which shall be carried out by the authority indicated by the Environment Protection Act.
