Section 3 contains definitions. "EC-fertilizing substance" is here redefined as a substance mentioned in comma 2 of section 3 that is labelled as "EC-fertilizing substance" and that meets the standards of quality, labelling, packing and other that are established by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
