The amendments of the principal Act introduced by the present Act concern: permits for the dumping of mud (sect. 9); permits for the construction of installations in marine areas (sect. 10); and permits for the exploitation and exploration of the seabed and its subsoil. The amendments are made in relation with the introduction of the new Environment Protection Act.
