Act to amend section 88 of the Fisheries Act (No. 1017 of 1998).

The amendments of introduced by the present Act concerns a fish protection charge on fishing for fish or shellfish. The charge is 90 marks for the whole year or 25 marks for a period not exceeding 6 days. The charge shall not be paid by persons under 18 or over 65 and for angling and fishing with bobs.
