This Act repeals article 12, paragraphs 2 and 7, and article 17 paragraph 1 Ppint 3 of the Act on bio-components used for liquid fuel and liquid bio-fuel. In particular, the Act repeals the principle that fuel producers are obliged to introduce into turnover, in a given calendar year, the specified amount of bio-components for using liquid fuel for their own needs.
