The Act, which is composed of five articles, lays down certain amendments to the Act on biocide products. It establishes that biocide products may be introduced for turnover and applied on the territory of the Republic of Poland if they are properly classified, packaged and marked, and upon special permission. Biocide products must be applied in a rational way, through combination of physical, chemical, biological and other means limiting the use of biocide products.
