This Act specifies the scope of the Act on duties of entrepreneurs concerning waste management, product fees and deposit fees. It establishes that the Act shall not apply to entrepreneurs who export or deliver, within the European Union, products or products in packages imported from a European Union country. The Act also establishes new provisions concerning obligations of entrepreneurs relating to additional records on weight and amount of reused and recycled wastes.
