These provisions lay down some amendments to the Act establishing the Agency for Restructuring and Modernizing Agriculture. The amendments deal with control activities to be carried out by the Agency as regards the management of financial resources from European Community funds, as well as State financial resources. The Act also amends the conditions for granting financial support to producers who cultivate plants for energetic purposes.
