This Act lays down some amendments to the Act on inland fisheries. In particular, the present Act amends provisions establishing persons entitled to fishing or fish breeding or farming (art. 4 of the amended Act), permission to amateur fishing (art. 7), and penalties for unathorized fishing (art. 27a and 27b).
