This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to the Act on the promotion of renewable energy sources and high efficiency cogeneration. In particular the present Act amends conditions of the support of the production of electricity (amended art. 3) and conditions of the support to the production of electricity from small sources of energy (replaced art. 4).
