The Act, which is composed of three articles, designates the Minister competent for agriculture affairs and the Minister competent for agricultural markets affairs as the authorities responsible for: carrying out risk analysis; submitting the control plan to the General Inspector of Commerce Quality of Agricultural Products and Foodstuffs. The Inspector shall transmit to the Minister the report and documentation on control.
