This Act amends certain articles concerning the Acquaculture Act, specifically the environmental monitoring; the requirements for product and service producers, facilities and equipment; the shared responsibility for removal of escaped organisms; the exchange of information between authorities; and administrative and legal provisions for non-compliance with the Act's regulations.
