This Act amends some provisions of the Atomic Law dealing with (i) competences of national authorities in the field of atomic safety, (ii) conditions for carrying out activities related to the use of atomic energy, radiation and ionizing emissions, (iii) disposal of radioactive wastes and (iv) controls carried out by public authorities.
