The present Act introduces some amendments to the Environment Protection Act of 29 May (LGBl. 2008, No. 199). In particular, the Act adds, inter alia, article 13a on Operating license; article 13b on Registration; article 49a on Waste disposal cconcept and evidence; and article 64a on environment inspection.
