The Act, which is composed of six articles, establishes new provisions on the registration of vessels in the administrative register of Polish vessels of inland shipping. The Act specifies which types of vessels are excluded from the obligation of registration. In particular small fishing vessels without mechanical drive or with little power drive are excluded from this obligation.
