The present Act introduces some substantial amendments to the Electricity and Electricity Organization Act (BGBl. I No. BGBl. No. 143/1998). In particular, it amends the table of contents; article 1a on implementation of Community law; article 7 on definitions of terms; article 16 on transboundary marketing of energy; article 21 on dispute settlement; article 22a on environmental planning; article 42c on electricity from other states; article 45b on general conditions for supply of electricity;
