This Act amends the Maritime Code in Articles in Article 8 in respect of passgae of foreign warships in the territorial waters of Slovenia. A visit or stay in the internal waters of the Republic of Slovenia may not be permitted to a foreign military vessel, which by its visit poses a threat to the security of the Republic of Slovenia.
