The Act repeals article 5m (section 6), art. 5q (sect. 3), Chapter 2e, art. 35a, Appendix 2 of Act No. 937 and amends certain articles with regard to new opportunities in rural areas for commercial homes, to the change of management of coastal zones management, to the abolition of mobilizing and mandatory connection to the installation of panel antennaes in rural areas.
