This Act amends the Radiation Safety Act in provisions concerning, among other things: work involving radiation and protection of workers; medical use of radiation; and radon in ambient air and radioactivity in drinking water. Further provisions on the limitation and monitoring of the radiation exposure caused by radioactive substances in drinking water are issued by a Decision of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health.
