This Act lays down some amendments to Wastes Act and to Act on the integrated pollution register and integrated system for the implementation of obligations regarding the environment, and amending certain act. In particular the present Act establishes obligations concerning waste from production of titanium dioxide (amended art. 34 of Wastes Act) and obligations concerning management of waste tires (amended art. 38 of Wastes Act).
