This Act provides rules on the compensation areas for wind power, the construction of wind turbines within these and on charges thereof. The overall management, monitoring and development of activities under this Act shall be regulated by the Ministry of Employment and the Economy. The Energy Market Authority shall be responsible for fees payable under this Act and handles other duties as prescribed by this document.
