This Act contains provisions to enhance implementation of regulations of the European Communities on a common fisheries policy in Sweden. The regulations mentioned are regulations containing measures for the management and protection of fish resources, structural measures for fisheries business, and regulations concerning the marketing of fish and fish products (sect. 1).
