This Act contains rules necessary for implementation in Sweden of Regulations of the European Communities relative to forestry operations in agriculture, processing of agricultural and forestry products, structural improvement of agriculture, landscape development, etc. The Government may appoint public bodies for purposes of such implementation and either the Government of bodies so appointed may make further regulation relative to matters covered by EC regulations.
