This Act contains rules necessary for implementation of legislation of the European Communities concerning the marketing of agricultural products in Sweden and falling within the application sphere of the Food Act of 1971. The Government may appoint public bodies for purposes of such implementation and either the Government of bodies so appointed may make further regulation relative to matters covered by EC regulations.
