This Act implements provisions of the Treaty regarding water rights and regulates various matters relative to the protection of the environment. It concerns transnational procedures and notifications involving Swedish or Norwegian authorities, citizens or enterprises and the application sphere of the Swedish Environment Code in matters of water-related activities covered by the Treaty.
