The present Act is composed of eight Sections and five Annexes. The Sections are: General provisions (sect. 1); Duties of entrepreneurs (sect. 2); Product fee (sect. 3); Deposit fee (sect. 4); Duties of public administration organs (sect. 5); Principles of management of financial resources coming from product fee (sect. 6); Criminal provisions (sect. 7); Changes in valid provisions, transitional and final provisions (sect. 8). The Act establishes duties of entrepreneurs (producers or importers)
