The present Act, which is composed of 60 Paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the principles of: registration of forest basic material; placing on the market of forest propagation material; control of marketing; seed regionalization. Paragraph 2 contains definitions of forest basic material and forest propagation material. The Act applies to the tree species listed in Annex 1.
