The present Act implements the Aircraft Noise Act in its version of 31 October 2007. In particular, the Act lays down provisions relating to the improvement of protection against aircraft noise in the vicinity of aerodromes. Article 3 establishes that until the fixing of noise protection areas according to article 4 of the afore-mentioned Act, the provisions of existing legislation shall prevail.
