This Act applies to the keeping of milk/dairy producing cattle setting regulations on their health. The Order aheres to EU directives. Electric devices to control movement of cattle is not permitted, regular hygiene cleaning procedures for farms must take place, as well as pertinent equipment for cooling/airing/lighting/noise to observe protection of animals' well-being. Cows may not be tied.
