These amendments of the principal Act redefine tasks and competence of the municipal environment administration. The municipal environment management authorities may issue reports and statements and express opinions to other authorities that are granted initiative in environment protection matters. Section 7 regulates delegation of tasks of the municipal authorities to public officers.
