This Act inserts a new paragraph (3A) into the Water Resources Management Act of 1900 in order to provide for the establishment of a commission named the Advisory Commission on Water Management Legislation, which shall advise the Government and both chambers of Parliament of the Netherlands on the structure and content of legislation regarding public management of water resources.
