This Act is amending Act No. 30. The main amendments regard herdbooks and reproduction. The artificial insemination of animals is allowed, determines the penalties to be applied in case of utilization of animals for reproduction that do not comply with the sanitary requirements and finally the Annex is replaced by the Annex to this Act. (9 articles and 1 Annex)
