This Act concerns research, production, labelling, packaging, exploitation, classification, use, etc. of pesticides. It consists of 23 articles defining pesticides and laying down the requirements to be satisfied for producing and using the aforementioned product. It specifies competent authority entitled for managing this sector (requirements for registration, classification, information to be displayed on labels, etc.) and carrying out controls and sanctions to be paid by offenders for using u
