Act No. 97 of 1992 relative to the State Economic and District Development Fund.

Under the present Act, a general development fund is set up as a para-statal entity. It shall be instrumental in funding research and other economic development measures. The Fund shall be owned by the State. The Fund shall be financed in part and guaranteed by the State. It shall be guided by a board of directors. (37 sections divided into 8 Chapters)
