Articles 50, 73, 83 and the Annex of the Basic Text are amended by this Act. The amended provisions regard the importation of wine products and sanctions for offenders of consumers' interest. This Act authorizes the minister of agriculture and regional development to enact a decree jointly with the minister of finance on the compulsory uniform system of certification, registration and accounting of wine products. Amendments to the Annex regard the extension of certain wine production areas.
