This Act applies to the prohibition of slaughtering of animals and equines in the tenth period of gestation. Non-compliance with this Act shall be subject to penalties up to 4 months imprisonment. Non-compliance with the regulations of this Act shall be subject to penalties up to 4 months' imprisonment.
