This Act concerns financial arrangements for the handling of waste products of technical activities regarding nuclear power as foreseen in sections 10 to 14 of the Nuclear Power Act (SFS 1984:3). It contains rules relative to charges that must be paid by nuclear power plant operators through the Radiation Safety Agency into the Nuclear Waste Fund and financial support from the Fund for measures regarding safety and environment protection.
