The scope of this Act is to enhance the renewal and adjustment of the structures of the commercial fishery industry, aquaculture, and the processing and placing upon the market of products thereof. Chapter 2 proposes a series of structural measures to improve fishing and fish farming operations. Chapter 3 provides for the administration of incentives and other support measures. The Fisheries Bank shall handle financial support.
