This Act amends the Act concerning sheltering fences and support for the planting of such fences by repealing points 1-3 of comma 2 of article 14, articles 15-20, 21a, 22, commas 2-4 of article 23 and articles 24-26. All repeals stand in relation to the scaling down of public financial support for the planting of sheltering fences made out of trees.
