The Act is composed of the following Sections: General provisions (sect. 1); Vehicles and packages (sect. 2); Requirements for drivers and other persons dealing with the transport of dangerous goods (sect. 3); Pressurized transport equipment (sect. 3a); Supervision and control (sect. 4); Criminal provisions (sect. 5); Changes in valid provisions, transitional and final provisions (sect. 6). The Act establishes provisions of road transport of dangerous goods, requirements for drivers and other pe
