Act on support to agriculture and rural development.

The Act defines the competences of the Ministry of Agriculture for purposes of supporting rural development and specifies the tasks of the Agricultural paying agency for providing (i) financial means for implementing rural development programmes, (ii) State aid for agriculture, food production and forest managemen.
