The scope of the Act is to regulate the use in agriculture of fertilizing substances and to establish requirements for establishment of plant covers for purposes of limiting the outflow of nitrogen substances. The Act consists is divided into 8 Chapters: Scope of the Act, application sphere (1); fertilizing (2); Plant covers (3); Planning and accounting requirements (4); Suppliers of fertilizing substances (5); Administration of Act (6).
